Pat McEvoy has over 20 years’ experience in offering SBA loans nationwide with significant expertise in professional practice acquisitions, including CPA’s, healthcare, engineers, attorneys as well as a variety of other professionals and healthcare related industries. Further, he has a strong skill set in completing owner-user commercial real estate transactions along with refinances/ debt restructurings. Throughout his career he has been very successful in completing transactions involving senior care/ adult care facilities, auto repair/ auto body, hotel/ hospitality, daycare/ schools, warehouse/ distribution, medical, animal boarding, car wash, gas stations, and other special-use properties.
Patrick graduated with a degree in Financial Management from The Catholic University of America. He has a M.B.A. in Real Estate & Urban Development from The American University in Washington DC. Prior to his lending career, he spent 13 years acting as a consultant to Securities professionals, including Investment bankers, securities/ corporate attorneys, CPA’s, and M&A professionals sourcing public company offerings involving spinoffs, mergers, and public offerings.
